The Red Deer Home Show is a great way for Central Albertans to view new products, decor and ideas for the home. It is also a chance to talk to renovators and award winning home builders. It will be held at the Westerner Park on March 7 - 9.

This year, the theme of the Red Deer Home Show is “Greening Your Home”. Make sure you look for energy efficient products and building ideas that can reduce the environmental impact of your home.

Exibitors will be showing tools, roofing products, paving stones, real estate, home builder displays, and a whole lot more. If you are looking for do it yourself ideas and tools, or a contractor to build or renovate your home, this show may give you what you are looking for. Picking new kitchen cabinets or appliances, or a hot tub? These will be on hand as well.

The Farm and Acreage Show will take place at the same time as the Red Deer Home Show, just a short walk south in the Agricentre East Pavilion. This indoor display will have products and ideas for farm and acreage owners. Tractors, lawn and garden, tack and saddles,solar equipment, sheds and outbuildings, and financial services are just some of the things you will find in this 80,000 square foot show.

You can get admission to both shows for the price of one. Admission will be adults $10, seniors and students $8, and under 12 free with an adult.

The Red Deer Home Show and the Farm and Acreage Show will open on Friday March 7 from 9:00 am to 8:00pm, March 8 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and March 9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
